Christoph Wenk Bernasconi is a partner at SWIPRA Services AG, a think tank for corporate governance and stewardship in Switzerland. He earned his Ph.D. in 2013 with a focus on Corporate Governance and Corporate Finance, has co-authored various studies on Corporate Governance and is leading annual SWIPRA research projects on governance and annual general meetings in Switzerland. He is also a co-author of the SFI Whitepaper “Corporate Governance: Beyond Best Practice” and a co-initiator of the first Swiss Stewardship Code. Christoph Wenk Bernasconi is a lecturer in Corporate Governance and Stakeholder Management in the Executive Finance Education and the Executive MBA programs at the University of Zurich.
